Why Come to a Grief & Infidelity Coach?
Dear Reader,
Thank you for being here. I would like to talk a little bit about coaching, and why it can be a fantastic resource for someone experiencing deep grief. Either from loss, everyday life, or infidelity.
While I always advocate that coaching is a side-dish to the main course which is therapy with a mental health professional, coaching can be a very integral part of the meal! In our coaching sessions, we have so many options in how to proceed, and they are all driven by you and what YOU want. My goal as a coach is to center you completely in our sessions, and help empower you to feel like you are connecting with your soul and its unique, beautiful purpose. I want to use expansive techniques that can achieve that, like breathwork, creative thought exercises, making lists together, action-based plans for the week, and card readings. I want to have a huge menu of things that YOU get to decide on. And the very act of deciding on what is best for you, is an act of empowerment. You get to practice knowing yourself, what you’re drawn to, what you find is not best for you, and we will then use all of that information to then build your self-awareness.
I love the idea of not having any creative limits together. We can incorporate artwork expression, mindfulness, meditation, spirit guides– the list is truly endless. I love to imagine that coaching is a creative art form that you are designing and engaging with, and I am here to guide you and provide all sorts of tips, tricks, observations, and really be your hype person.
My goal in our coaching sessions is for you to leave feeling supremely valued, cherished, seen, heard, and understood. It is my honor to work with clients from all walks of life, and be a guiding light for them in their darkest days.
Xo,
Annabelle
