Are you in need of additional support and guidance in navigating the painful and confusing aftermath of infidelity? In this 5 session bundle, we will be able to thoroughly explore personal development and empowering ways to move you into alignment with your highest self. We can share time together on a more consistent basis, and really collaborate together on what healing looks like for you. We will also be able to include techniques, such as deep breathing exercises, guided meditations, creative imagining, and journal prompts. As always, my goal is that you are seen, heard, and supremely valued during our time together.

*Sessions will take place over Google Meet, and are one hour each. In our 5 session package, you are given the choice of how you wish to space them out.
